MAPFHA Fall Camping Weekend Pictures
The recent MAPFHA fall camping weekend at Highland Ridge Horse Camp in Spring Valley, WI, was a resounding success, filled with laughter and camaraderie.
Despite the cool, windy weather, spirits soared as members came together to reconnect and enjoy a weekend of fellowship. The stunning fall foliage provided a picturesque backdrop, enhancing the experience and making it all the more memorable.
Evenings were dedicated to relaxation and connection around a crackling campfire, where fun-filled stories were shared, and participants reminisced about past events while discussing future plans. The sense of community was palpable, as both seasoned members and newcomers, like Allison and Becky, felt warmly welcomed and included in the festivities.

Open Gaited Show
- Need a minimum of 8 volunteers to host the show.
- Consider co-hosting with another group.
- Pre-registration preferred
- A list of 24 facilities has been compiled
2-Day Gaited Clinic
- Clinicians being reviewed
PFHA Trail Horse Test (THT) Review
- Article by Sue Bartels and Rosie Schulter submitted for the PFHA National Magazine
- Reviewed participant feedback was they enjoyed it and would attend again.
2-Day Trail Horse Clinic
- Host a trail horse clinic using the THT curriculum
Spring Kickoff
- Host a Clinic 4-hour Intro to Equine Bodywork Clinic
